Tim Holland
began his property career as a negotiator for Parkinsons in their
Chichester Office. He went on to become manager of the branch which
by then was head office of a sixteen branch network later taken
over by Black Horse Agencies. Wanting to be able to provide a more
flexible and personal service Tim took over Robertson and Abrams
in West Street Bognor Regis. As well as Estate Agency the firm,
established in 1984, had a property management portfolio and offered
Survey & Valuation services. It was renamed Holland & Holland.
George Alexander founded his practice in 1939 and
handed over to Don Laker. After qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor
David Loosley took over from Don and continued to offer a similar
range of services including commercial property.
In 2001 Tim & David combined practices to form
Holland Alexander & Co with the aim of providing a depth and
breadth of service not often available on the High Street.
Tim's marketing, negotiation and people skills
combined with David's knowledge of building construction and Landlord
& Tenant Law enable them to offer an informed approach tailored
to suit both the Client and the Property involved.
